There is nothing like giving a gift you make yourself! Check out these local businesses where you can make a gift in store or pick a project up to finish at home!

Making Memories Ceramics in Otsego is a Ceramic Painting Studio. Check out their facebook page for specials. Color Me Mine in Maple Grove is a Pottery Painting Studio with projects for adults and kids. Make your own wood decor projects at Board & Brush Creative Studio in Elk River.

Eats and Treats

The Sabbatical Vibrations Bakery specializes in hand crafted pastries, yeast breads and quick breads. Pickup available in Rockford and Hopkins. Walker Farms in Princeton specializes in pasture raised eggs, chicken, turkey, pork, grass-fed beef and grass finished lamb, and they deliver to the NW Metro!

Ember Coffee Company is coming to Big Lake in Early Spring, but you can get in now on their gifts and merchandise, and of course coffee!

Holiday Decor & Gifts

Heidi’s Growhaus & Lifestyle Gardens in Corcoran now has a boutique for your holiday decor and gifts, spruce tip planters and more! The 101 Market also has a great supply of Spruce Tip containers, trees, and holiday decor.

Dan’s Woodworx in Dayton has a great selection of spruce pots, cribbage boards, cheese boards, epoxy lazy susans and more beautiful gifts. Rustic Metalz in Becker makes watercolor painted metal decor & custom signage – sure to be a big hit as a holiday gift!

Stony Hill Gifts and Home Decor, Treasures Galore on 94 and the Rustic Shack in Rogers all have a beautiful selection including items made by local artists. Don’t forget to stop by The Antique Mall of Rogers for unique gift ideas. The Sassy Nook is a fun boutique located in EM Nails in Zimmerman!

The Woods Gifts in Maple Grove, Shabby & Company in Otsego and the St Michael Boutique all have a great selection of holiday gifts and home decor. The Urban Market in Medina sells beautiful artisan made furniture and home decor.

Downtown Buffalo MN is a great place to spend the day shopping for gifts – and home decor at the 16+ shops that make up the Buffalo Occasional Shops.

Owl & Lark is now open on Main Street in Rogers and features handcrafted jewelry, vintage jewelry and crystals and minerals. Christmas on Railroad Drive Pop-up Shop in Elk River is open Wed – Saturdays 10am – 6pm, in December.

If you have a favorite dog in your life, you can order a gift card from your local NW Metro Dog Groomer or buy online dog training lessons at Dog Talk Training. Bubbles 2 Biscuits in Rogers and Lucky Pets in St Michael have a great selection of supplies and treats for your favorite pet. Rah Raw in Osseo provides food and treats for healthy natural raw diet.

Outdoors

Minnesota State Parks Pass – for only $35 you can buy a year long pass to enjoy all of Minnesota’s 75 beautiful State Parks! Or buy a season’s pass to the Elm Creek Park Reserve winter recreation area for tubing, skiing and snowboarding!
