Father Hennepin State Park

We love visiting Father Hennepin State Park in Minnesota on Lake Mille Lacs because it is less than an hour away from our house, it has a beautiful sandy beach, and the deer are so used to people that it is quite easy to get photos of them. The camp grounds are clean and beautiful and not too crowded.

Here are some photos of the Father Hennepin State Park Albino Deer, these were taken from the main road through the park driving toward the beach. I am told that there are no longer albino deer in the park – so I’m very happy to have these photos.
