Carrick’s Landing Park – Otsego MN

Carrick’s Landing Park is a beautiful park along the Mississippi River in Otsego MN near the 101 Market. The park consists of a one-mile paved walking loop, which is maintained all year round.

There are picnic tables and benches along the river, and they even provide bags for dog waste, with several garbage cans along the trail.

The day we were there we saw a bald eagle sitting in a tree above the river, and several swans near the shore. You can park behind the Cowboy Jack’s and next to the apartment building. After your walk you can have a meal at Cowboy Jack’s or ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery!
