There is a rustic hiking trail on the east side of Hassan Hills which can be accessed from the parking lot at the corner of Edgewood Road and Grouse Lane, or from County road 144 just east of Frederick Road. This trail also accesses the Cambria Farms neighborhood and sliding hill.

Rogers High School is located at the south end of Hassan Hills – there are ball fields, a track and the Rogers Activity Center and Ice Arena are located on the High School Grounds. The new Rogers Tennis Club is located on Cty Rd 144.

Hassan Hills is conveniently located near all that Rogers MN has to offer and is in close proximity to Maple Grove for more shopping and entertainment opportunities.
