Mallard Estates is a beautiful neighborhood of single family homes and town homes  that is located conveniently on the north side of Rogers and about 25 miles (30 min) from downtown Minneapolis. Mallard Estates is a popular neighborhood due to it’s proximity to Rogers High School and Rogers Middle School, and the trails throughout the neighborhood leading to a huge park and playground. Most of the streets are named after types of ducks!

What kind of homes are in Mallard Estates ?

Homes in the Mallard Estates Neighborhood are typically between 1500 and 3000 square feet. Most of the homes were originally built in the late 1990’s – early 2000’s. There are town homes located toward the south end of the neighborhood and include several one-level town home options. Since then, many of the homes have had updates and it’s not uncommon to find homes that have extensive finished basements adding to the square footage. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with 3 bedrooms while the larger floor plans have four bedrooms on one level. Most of the lots range between 1/4 acre and a 1/2 acre.

Mallard Estates is located right next to Rogers Middle School.  Rogers High School is across County Road 144.  The 51 acre North Community Park is adjacent to Mallard Estates and the Middle School and has ball fields, a playground, volleyball courts and more.  The Rogers Activity Center is located next to the High School. Major shopping is less than 1 mile away, with a Cub Foods, the Rogers Movie Theatre, Hom Furniture and more within walking distance.  Rogers MN also has a Target Store and Kohl’s Department store nearby.
