Welcome to the Preserve! The Preserve Neighborhood, East Village and West Village, is a beautiful neighborhood of single family and town homes that sits conveniently right off interstate 94 and located just 30 minutes from Downtown Minneapolis.

The Preserve gets it’s name from the preserved nature and open spaces throughout the community. It’s not uncommon to see neighbors enjoying the extensive trail system during the summer or kids playing at the neighborhood playground.

Nearby downtown St Michael has plenty of amenities with great restaurants, shopping, events, and outdoor activities.

Living in the Preserve Neighborhood

The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Preserve Neighborhood are 3 or more bedrooms and generally range between 2000 and 3800 finished square feet. Most of the homes were originally built by Hans Hagen Homes in the mid 90’s to the early 2000. Since then, many of the homes have had updates and it’s not uncommon to find homes that have extensive finished basements adding to the square footage of the home.

Homes in the Preserve are known for their brick fronts and timeless style. Lots are a good size and there is a trail system throughout the neighborhood and plenty of opportunity to enjoy the outdoors.

What's Going on Nearby?

The Preserve Park is a 16.5 acre park that includes a playground, ball field, soccer field and basketball court. There are trails throughout the neighborhood.

There is a New Horizon Daycare located at the entrance of the neighborhood and the Towne Center shopping center is just down the street and has everything including the local grocery store. There are several amazing restaurants located in St Michael. The St. Michael Cinema is nearby and in addition to the latest movies, they have weekly trivia, poker, live music and more!

The Preserve is located about 10 minutes from Maple Grove MN, which has one of the largest concentration of retail in the state of MN and 5 minutes from the Albertville Outlet Mall.
