The Towne Lakes Neighborhood in Albertville MN started in 2001 and there are still homes under construction. It is located right off of interstate 94. Towne Lakes has single family homes – most with interesting architectural detail – and several styles of townhomes. There is a community room and swimming pool, dog park, and a central park area with gazebo.
